We are hiring a Project Manager.
The full-time position of Project Manager is open for driven leaders with a strategic mindset and a track record in developing, overseeing, and managing artistic and cultural programs, who are ready to elevate the incubator and accelerator Artbox and other initiatives developed by Creative Armenia.

POSITION

Location: Yerevan, Armenia
The Project Manager is responsible for performing the strategizing, development, communication, methodology building, community engagement, and other tasks related but not limited to Artbox creative incubator and accelerator programs developed by Armenia’s leading arts foundation Creative Armenia. The Project Manager will oversee the successful and smooth progression of the programs and work closely with the core management teams at Creative Armenia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute the activities of the program according to the program methodologies.

Closely track the program progress and set relevant and realistic deadlines for the timely execution of activities.

Develop and engage a network of mentors, partners, and participants involved in the programs.

Realize monitoring and evaluation of the programs and its beneficiaries.

Maintain effective internal and external communication.

Manage the physical and digital event planning and execution.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated track record of professional experience working in a similar position at organizations.

Experience in either of the following: project management; arts management; community building; educational curriculum development.

Demonstrated excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal, and cross-cultural communication skills.

Fluency in English and Armenian.
